Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon green tea, such as Houjicha, Sencha, or Kukicha
  • 1 cup simmering water
  • 2 teaspoons Lemon-Ginger Simple Syrup
  • 1 cup ice, if making iced tea, optional

Steps to make it
